Spacious and comfortably accommodating 8 adults plus room for up to 3 extras, each house features a generous open plan living area with modern western furnishings and appliances. Bonus inclusion is the free private transfer each morning up the to ski hill.
Both homes are located in the exclusive Izumikyo 1 area of Hirafu, Niseko's main village. A free transfer is provided to the ski area each morning.
Each house features a generous open plan living area on the top floor with vaulted ceilings, a separate tatami room with capability to sleep 2 extra persons (better suited to children); high definition TV / entertainment system with surround sound, satellite TV; fireplace; large ski-room and laundry and a full size garage with heated driveways. Cable internet with wireless and plug-in access is available throughout both houses.
Both homes comfortably sleeps up to eight adults and 2 children with 1 x King size bedroom and 2 x queen size bedrooms and a studio apartment on the ground level, plus the tatami room with 2 futons. All beds offer the option of splitting for singles. All linen and towels supplied with with bed linen changed mid stay for stays 8 nights & over. Towels changed & rubbish removed every 3 days. One extra adult may choose to sleep in the lounge room or common area on a futon.
Both homes offer have full size kitchen with Miele appliances, a full range of western cooking and eating utensils
The king size bedrooms come with ensuites and the queen size bedrooms have a shared three way bathroom, the studio room located on ground level is fully self-contained
